junges M-OFF is a project of MOFF e.V. – The art association has been implementing numerous projects since 2014 with a focus on art in public spaces, art in rural areas, and mobile art projects. It originates from the publishing project »MOFF, Artists in Conversation – Rheinland Scene«.
